Msheireb Properties, the leading sustainable real estate developer, announced that all retailers and F&B tenants at Msheireb Downtown Doha will be exempt from their rent and utility bills from today - March 15 - until further notice.
The decision comes as part of Msheireb Properties’ community support during a time where Qatar is fighting the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) within its borders. The intent of the initiative is to lighten the financial strain on investors and businesses as the State of Qatar implements measures designed to promote social distancing and limit large gatherings.
Within its national mandate, Msheireb Properties will deploy its full capabilities to support Qatar’s effort to deal with the current situation and fight against this disease.
