The head of quarantine in Industrial Area has hailed the “friendly attitude” of the residents there towards the coronavirus precautionary measures.
“More than 70 percent of the workers in Industrial Area are now seen wearing masks. They now understand the importance of measures like this to contain the spread of the virus,” Lt. Col. Ahmad al Ghannem has said.
He said the government wastrying to increase awareness among the residents in Industrial Area about the possible symptoms of COVID-19.
Lt. Col Ghannem also called on the public to maintain strict personal hygiene.
