ISRAEL´S Palestinian policy
was vivisected at a lecture held
recently at the Center for
International and Regional
Studies (CIRS) at Georgetown´s
School of Foreign Service in
Qatar (SFSQ).
Professor Ahmad Sa´di, a
lecturer in the Department of
Politics and Government at
the Ben-Gurion University of
the Negev in his lecture unravelled
the hidden facts of the
policies the State of Israel has
pursued towards the
Palestinians since 1948, the
year Israel was born.
Co-author of Nakba with
Lila Abu Lughod, Prof Sa´di

through his critique of the

MAZAYA Qatar Real Estate
Development Company held
its annual general meeting
(AGM) at the Qatar National
Convention Centre recently.
During the meeting, the
board´s annual report on the
company´s activities and its
financial position for the fiscal
year ended December 31, as
well as the auditors´ report,
were discussed and approved.
The AGM approved
appointing auditors for the
fiscal year ending December
31, 2013 and fixing their
remuneration in addition to
authorising the board to conclude
procedures of purchasing
treasury stocks of 10 percent
of the capital. The meeting
also approved the corporate
governance report.

THE Repossi´s gallery at the Ali Bin Ali
pavillion at the ninth Doha Jewellery
and Watches Exhibition is showcasing
its new collection the Peony, designed
