TASHU Kaushik is heading to the Malayalam film industry with two things on her agenda. Firstly, to play the lead role in Rajesh Nair’s Annum, Innum, Ennum; and also, to make a mark as a choreographer as she gets to work on two of the songs she will be featured in. “I started my career as a stage choreographer and it is great to be able to dabble in both acting and choreography at the same time,” says Tashu. In addition to her film in Malayalam, Tashu has signed up for her first Tamil film - Pazhaya Vannara Pettai. “Malayalam cinema bags the maximum number of national awards and I hope to be able to perform well enough to be one of the many who receive them,” says Tashu.
