23 more killed as violence surges in Syria
REGIME forces battled rebels and carried out raids across Syria on Sunday in a surge of violence that killed 23 people, monitors and activists said, as a tenuous UNbacked truce entered its second month. Energy City Qatar to revamp through rights issue
SHAREHOLDERS of the Energy City Qatar Holding Company on Saturday agreed on restructuring the company through rights issue with a total value of $202 million. The rights issue will be offered to 180 Qatari investors, senior retail investors from the GCC and a real estate and financial institutions. The shareholders at the annual general meeting also elected a new Board of Directors, chaired by Rashid Nasser Sareyea al Kaabi.
