Prime Minister and Minister of Interior HE Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al Thani inaugurated a huge portrait of the Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani at the Police College pavilion in Darb Al Saai on Sunday. The inauguration was attended by Saad bin Jassim al Khulaifi, director-general of Public Security, and Major-General Dr Abdullah Yousif al Mal, advisor to the Minister of Interior and vice-president of the Supreme Council of the Police College, and a number of directors of the departments of the Ministry of Interior and Police College as well as a large crowds of citizens, residents. Guinness Certificate of Record was handed over to participants for being the largest members to participate in such painting. Major-General Khulaifi received the certificate from Patil, first arbitrator at the Guinness Book of Records. (TNN)
