Takaful gets Qatar Central Bank nod to convert into LLC

Doha: Takaful, owned by Doha Insurance Group, on Sunday announced that it had received Qatar Central Bank's (QCB) approval for converting into a Limited Liability Company (LLC). This interim period ends after transforming the company to a joint-stock firm in the future, according to the company's statement on Qatar Stock Exchange website. (TNN)
