Masraf Al Rayan has launched 2018 Fifa World Cup Russia promotion with Visa, the official partner of the Fifa World Cup and the world's leader in digital payments, exclusively for its Visa cardholders.
The offer covers every purchase on Masraf Al Rayan's Visa credit and Eqtisadi cards for local and international transactions. It is also valid for only international transactions on Masraf Al Rayan's Visa Debit and Pay & Go cards, the bank said in a press statement on Tuesday.
The name of the first winner, Rashid Saleh al Marri, was announced at a draw held under the supervision of the Ministry of Economy, on January 8. The other three draws will be held on February 8, March 8 and April 8, along with a mega winner draw for the quarter final which will include all entries from the beginning of the campaign until March 31, 2018.
The offer will give five lucky cardholders the opportunity to watch 2018 Fifa World Cup matches live, in addition to a sightseeing experience in Russia.
The prize package includes flight and match tickets for two, luxurious hotel accommodation, group activity and transportation to and from the stadium.
A Visa cardholder will receive an entry for every purchase/transaction they make using Masraf Al Rayan's Visa cards during the promotion period.
The more transactions they make, the more entries they will get and the higher the chances will have of winning a trip for two to the 2018 Fifa World Cup, which will be held in Russia from June 14 to July 15, 2018.
