The United Nations has expressed its gratitude towards Qatar for the rapid and generous response to its urgent appeal to avoiding a humanitarian catastrophe in the Gaza Strip. UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and his special envoy to the Middle East Nikolai Miladinov thanked Qatar for the quick response. The spokesman said this contribution will ensure that the residents of the Gaza Strip have access to life-saving health, water and sanitation services. (QNA)
