FIFA President Gianni Infantino has heaped praise on Qatar for the progress it has made in the preparations for hosting the 2022 football World Cup."We are pleased with the progress of the work for the Qatar World Cup in 2022. I'm sure we will have a wonderful World Cup in Qatar," Infantino said in Nouakchott on Sunday. The FIFA Executive Summit which was held in Nouakchott, Mauritania, discussed women's competitions, development programmes and the player transfer system.
