AL Bidda Park, in collaboration with QSports, will officially open the first Al Bidda Park Spring Bazaar in Doha on Thursday, (March 15) 2018.
The Spring Bazaar will be the first public event to be held at the newly opened park where over 60 exhibition booths have been set up along with 15 food court kiosks and a variety of children's games that include a 1,000 square-metre outdoor trampoline park, bike rentals, trackless train and a 15-metre-high giant inflatable slide.
The event will run for seven weeks until May 8, 2018.
The Bazaar offers a wide variety of products and services targeting citizens, residents and tourists, such as handicrafts, Abayas, Jalabiyas, scarves, Arabic perfumes, accessories and other products.
Residents can also enjoy special weekend stage performances and kids games with a chance to win prizes.
QSports, the official event organisers, announced that the door is still open to entrepreneurs, retailers, restaurants wishing to participate in the Spring Bazaar.
Ghanim al Mohannadi, deputy chairman of QSports, said the organisation of the Spring Bazaar in its first edition is part of the overall direction of QSports to promote outdoor activities while taking advantage of near perfect weather in Qatar during this time of the year.
He added that there are plenty of surprises with mini-weekend events being planned throughout the next seven weeks. One such event is sure to drive thousands of people to participate is the first-ever 2K Inflatable Run where families can join their kids in conquering the world's largest inflatable obstacle course.

The Bazaar is open to visitors from 4pm to 10pm on Saturdays to Wednesdays, 4pm to 12am on Thursdays and Fridays. (TNN)
