Hassan Hamza appointed Qatar's envoy to Somalia

Doha The Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Tuesday issued Emiri Decision No. 10 of 2018 appointing Hassan Hamza Asad Hashem as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Somalia. The decision is effective from its date of issue and is to be published in the Official Gazette. (QNA)
