The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) will implement a minor diversion on Al Gharrafa Street from Friday, April 20, 2018 to September 30, 2019.
The traffic change, designed in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic, will facilitate the completion works of the underpass on Al Gharrafa Street as part of Khalifa Avenue project.
During the detour, both directions of Al Gharrafa Street between Thani Bin Jasim Street traffic signal and Al Hazm Street traffic signal will be reduced from three lanes to two lanes. Ashghal will instal road signs guiding motorists.
