Hanoi Vietnamese police have arrested three~officials and placed four others under house arrest as part of an investigation into a fallen real estate tycoon, police said. The Ministry of Public Security said late Tuesday the arrests were part of a wider criminal case involving businessman~Phan Van Anh Vu,~accused of divulging state secrets, tax evasion and abuse of power.
