Qatar strongly condemned the attacks in Ethiopia and Zimbabwe on Saturday.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and extremism regardless of motives and reasons.
The statement offered Qatar's condolences to the victims' families, and to the governments of Ethiopia and Zimbabwe, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
While the explosion in Ethiopia targeted a crowd of supporters of Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, injuring more that 150 people; the blast in Zimbabwe was an apparent attempt on the life of Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
