THE Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, dealer of Mercedes Benz vehicles in Qatar, has recalled Mercedes Benz GLE-Class model of 2016.
According to the ministry, the model is being recalled because the windshield firewall damping may have been produced outside factory specification. The ministry said the recall comes as part of its efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
The ministry has promised to coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and to communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out. (TNN)
