City Centre Rotana Doha is celebrating the French National Day 'Bastille' by reviving the French night at its Olive Oil restaurant by offering visitors with choices of delicious dishes, rich creations and special touches from the best chefs to make the celebration memorable for the French community in Qatar.
To mark the festivity, a 25 percent discount will be offered on the dining offerings to all French nationals, according to a press release by the hotel.
Chefs at the Olive Oil Restaurant will present a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine with a contemporary touch, offering guests a unique experience with the best of five-star authentic French cuisine characterised by fresh ingredients and diverse flavours.
The ensemble spread can be relished at the hotel's best restaurant with friends and family amid soothing melody playing in the background.
Guests will be able to enjoy a wide selection of French specialties as well as a traditional salad corner, terrine and charcuterie display corner, fruit de mare station, fresh baked goods and soups specially curated to celebrate this special day.
Visitors will also be able to taste a wide selection of French cheeses, a raclette and fondue station, and a selection of fresh quiches from the oven directly prepared at the live cooking stations.
Grilled ribs will be served with a variety of sauces along with famous salmon with dill cream, and scallop dish.
The main course will be comprised of ingredients from the heart of French cuisine such as oyster sauce, sea fruit with creamy cream, vegetable ratatouille, dauphinoise potatoes, duck fat pomme ch'e2teau, braised leeks and fennel, seabass beurre blanc and pot au feu, coq au vin, cassoulet au canard, steak diane, navarin of lamb and barigoule of spring vegetables.
