QATAR International Court discussed ways of strengthening ties and cooperation in judicial matters with the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
This came on the sidelines of Qatar International Court's reception of the Russian delegation that is currently visiting Doha, which includes Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation Judge Vyacheslav Lebedev, Chairman of the Supreme Commercial Court of Moscow and Chairman of the Commercial Court of the North Caucasus Region.
Chief Executive Officer of Qatar International Court Faisal Rashid al Sahouti explained the success of Qatar's experience in establishing its specialised judiciary through the establishment of Qatar International Court, which is the first specialised court in the State to deal with commercial and investment disputes arising from transactions of international financial companies operating through Qatar Financial Center.
