Qatar's Nasser bin Saleh Al Attiyah will participate in the Kuwait Rally, the fourth round of the Middle East Rally Championship (MERC), scheduled for November 1 to 3.
Attiyah's participation in Kuwait will give him an early chance to win the 14th Middle East title of his career and achieve a new record, surpassing the UAE's Mohammed bin Sulayem, who has 13 titles in the competition, ahead the Qatar International Rally in the fifth and final round of the Middle East Championship.
Attiyah has a record number of wins in the Kuwait Rally with six titles achieved in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.
