MES CONDUCTS MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAMME: MES Indian School conducted a motivational programme for Class XII students on the topic 'Watch out - You are in Control' at the Conference Hall recently. Dr Rajeev Thomas, a popular speaker, social entrepreneur and currently the Head of Business Planning at Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development was the resource person. This interactive session focused on some of the key issues that the youth of these days face, such as, changing demand on education to meet the needs of the future workforce, influence of Artificial Intelligence and virtual reality, fake media and their influence on the mind, and the impending environmental and social disasters accosting the humanity. The attendees were also exposed to some of the 'real' challenges facing them and equipped them with the required tools and techniques to overcome such stumbling blocks. (TNN)
