President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on Tuesday received the credentials of HE Ibrahim bin Mohammed al Abdullah as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Tajikistan.
During the meeting, the ambassador conveyed the greetings and wishes of good health of the Amir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani to the Tajik president and to the government and the people of the Republic of Tajikistan.
On his part, the Tajik president entrusted the ambassador with his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and further progress and prosperity for Qatar.
The Tajik president also wished the envoy success in his duties, stressing that all support will be provided to take bilateral relations between the two countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
