Temporary closure of Olympic Intersection

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) will temporarily close the Olympic Intersection (Sports Intersection), on the main lanes of the four sides of the intersection, for a period of 7 hours from Thursday (Nov 22) evening.
During the closure, traffic heading to the Olympic Intersection from its four sides can turn right and use the next intersection. The measure aims to facilitate connecting the cables of the radar cameras at the Olympic Intersection, as part of the development works implemented on intersections and roundabouts in various areas of the Greater Doha, which seeks to enhance the flow of traffic and reduce congestion in vital areas.
