The Customer Service Division of Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co WLL (AAB) recently concluded the National Service Advisor Skills Contests.
The contest tested the talents of the Service Advisors in handling customer's request at each touch point, as well as their customer care skills and technical knowledge.
"In the early 90s, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) established the Toyota International Customer Service Champions' Society to provide the deserved recognition and motivation for Toyota customer service personnel worldwide. It was then that AAB started the National Skills Contest. The Skills contests are regularly held to further hone and develop the capability of our staff as we cater to our customers," said a press statement from Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros Co.
Under the theme 'Aspire, Achieve and Believe You are a Champion', the Event boosts the employees to do their best all the time.
The winners of the 2018 Service Advisor Skills Contest -- Champion: Shorouk Mostafa Mohamed Abdulmagd, 1st Runner-up: Chester Vinet Montilla Yelo, 2nd Runner-up: Sudeep Puthkkulangara Thazha Kuni.
Yazan Mustafa, COO Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Division, and Masayuki Fukumori, Field Operations Manager of TMC Bahrain Regional Office, led the event, along with Arunkumar, Director Customer Service Division, and other AAB Senior Managers.
