Minister of Public Health HE Dr Hanan Mohammed al Kuwari met with a number of ambassadors and diplomats accredited to Qatar at Hazem Mabrik General Hospital in Doha Industrial Area on Saturday.
The minister met separately with Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Qatar HE Ajay Sharma, Ambassador of Bangladesh HE Ashud Ahmed, Ambassador of India HE P Kumaran, Ambassador of Nepal HE Prof Ramesh Prasad Koirala, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Pakistan HE Murad Basir, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of Kenya HE Washington Oloo, Counsellor of the Embassy of Sri Lanka Kouhla Rangan and Consular at the Embassy of the Philippines. The minister reviewed Qatar’s efforts in the continuous development of healthcare services in order to provide high-quality health services to all residents of the state and in places close to their residence.
The ambassadors and diplomats appreciated the remarkable development of health services in Qatar.
The ambassadors and diplomats toured the hospital, where they were briefed on the health services being provided, the specialised clinics and facilities of the hospital.
