THE Public Work Authority (Ashghal) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Qatar Leadership Centre (QLC) for new generation data collection and advanced research through bilingual online survey engine - Q-Survey (www.QSurvey.com) designed and developed by QLC.
The MoU was signed by President of Ashghal Saad bin Ahmad al Muhannadi and Acting Managing Director of QLC Ali Jassim al Kubaisi at a function in Doha on Sunday.
Speaking on the occasion, the Ashghal president said, “This MoU is a collaborative effort aimed at accelerating the pace of development by building on the capabilities of modern data collection. Ashghal seeks partnerships with leading national institutions such as Qatar Leadership Centre to ensure effective and sustainable contribution to the national development. Through the use of QSurvey, Ashghal’s scope will effectively permeate both the physical and digital infrastructure developments of Qatar.”
QSurvey users can analyse and export data onto a system of their choice, making it uniquely practical across a broad range of IT operation systems, such as Excel, PDF, and SPSS.
Acting Managing Director of QLC Ali Jassim al Kubaisi remarked: “As a key player of future socio-economic growth of the country, Ashghal shares common objectives for advancement and responsive adaptability to modern challenges and opportunities. QSurvey platform provides private, public and government organisations with secure and flexible services to gather internal and external reporting information, and opens the pathway for free, unlimited creative research to users.”
Q-survey provides several result analysis tools to help make decisions in a more effective manner with regard to chalking out strategies and development plans for different types of businesses and sectors. Q-survey is sharable on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twittter, e-Mail, WhatsApp and text messages.
