Speaker of the Advisory (Shura) Council HE Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid al Mahmoud arrived on Friday in Christchurch, New Zealand, to convey the condolences of the Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani and the people of Qatar on the victims of the terrorist attack on two mosques in the city.
The speaker and his accompanying delegation were welcomed at Christchurch International Airport by Minister of Defence of New Zealand Ron Mark and Ambassador of Qatar to New Zealand HE Saad bin Abdullah al Mahmoud.
