As part of its promotional campaign, the Amir Cup Trophy Tour continued its journey and visited Soud Bin Abdulrahman Model School for Boys to motivate the students to attend the final match May 16.
The school organised an eventful ceremony to express its gratitude to the Qatar Football Association (QFA) for involving the students in the Amir Cup tournament.
Organising the tour illustrates QFA’s objective to instill a football culture amongst school students at a young age. The students gathered enthusiastically around the famous trophy to take memorable pictures while wearing their favourite football team jerseys.
The tour included two sessions - a gift distribution session and an informative session which was delivered by the QFA delegation about the importance of playing football and being part of the Amir Cup events, activities and matches.
Students eagerly took part in the open discussion expressed their excitement about the forthcoming final match. The QFA also announced other stops that are coming up in the build-up to the exciting final.
