With Qatar allowing residents stuck abroad to return from August 1, Qatar Airways will soon announce special offers to help them.
Salam Al Shawa, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Qatar Airways said the airline will bundle travel tickets and accommodation options in five, four and three-star hotels for quarantine purposes.
In a press conference held in Doha on Monday, Supreme Committee for Crisis Management Spokesperson HE Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater said the restriction will be eased in four stages and Qatar will allow in-bound flights from low-risk countries in the third stage starting on August 1.
Those who return to Doha will be subject to hotel quarantine on his or her expense for a period of two weeks. People who return to Doha will not have the option of a home quarantine.
