Masnad is Emir's Secretary for Security Affairs

Doha The Emir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani on Sunday issued Emiri order No. 7 of 2017, appointing HE Mohammed bin Ahmed al Masnad as Secretary to the Emir for Security Affairs. The Emiri order is effective from the date of its issue and is to be published in the Official Gazette. (QNA)
