Qatar National Day marks a special day for all the residents of Qatar and Regency Travel and Tours celebrates this day each year with gusto, enthusiasm, enthused with feelings of patriotism.
This year too, celebrations began early for Regency Travel and Tours' employees who congregated at the head office in the morning. Regency head office and branch offices were decked up in white and burgundy, reflecting the colours of the Qatar national flag and portraying a strong sense of belonging to the nation.
Regency Travel and Tours CEO Tareq Abdullatif Taha expressed his heartiest congratulations to the Emir His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al Thani, the Father Emir His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al Thani on the occasion and said,"Celebrating the National Day is a great occasion for Qatari people, and expatriates alike, as a way to express their love and loyalty towards the country and its inspiring leadership. This is an opportunity to instill and reinforce the loyalty and sense of belonging towards Qatar, which we all feel so strongly.
"The celebration of Qatar National Day is also an appreciation of the rich heritage, remembrance of history, and the foundation of unity that this nation is built upon. It is an occasion to remember the rich past and look towards a bright future for our country, and to attain a leading position amongst the developed nations of the world owing to our strong economic, hard working human capital and our scientific resources and research capabilities. We are all committed towards achieving the Qatar National Vision 2030."
Regency General Manager NM Shafiq emphasised that celebrating the National Day every year strengthens the state identity, showcases its diverse culture and aligns our unified vision towards a progressive nation.
He said,"This occasion imparts a sense of patriotism and pride to the residents, and urges collective efforts for development. The celebrations reflect the core message of unity on which this nation was built, and encourages its residents to continue to move towards a prosperous future, while instilling a sense of togetherness and promoting national identity and pride."
