Qatar Ports handle over 103,000 containers in January: Mwani

DOHA: Qatar Ports Management Company (Mwani Qatar) said that its ports handled 103,372 TEUs in January 2024, 39 percent of which were transhipment containers, while the number of vessels received in the ports was 217.Data published on Mwani Qatar's X account shows that the ports, during January handled 59,041 tonnes of general and bulk cargo, 31,337 heads of livestock, 49,745 tonnes of building materials, and 6066 vehicles and equipment.
