Amir sends congratulations to new president of Namibia

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President Dr Nangolo Mbumba on the occasion of taking the constitutional oath as President of the Republic of Namibia.
