A total of 405 students of Birla Public School appeared for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (Class XII) in May-June 2022. Out of these students, 30 percent scored above 90 percent and overall 79 percent scored above 75 percent – distinction.The overall and Science stream topper is Aditya Gupta with 98 percent. Mohamed Sahal topped the Commerce stream with 97.40, while Jui Baliga and Shaymanti Bhowmik led the Humanities stream with 97.20 score.Altogether, six students in Engineering Graphics, 10 in Psychology, one in Economics, three in Sociology, five in Mathematics, one in Physics, four in Chemistry, one in Biology, one in Informatics Practices and four in Computer Science, scored Centum. A total of 29 students got A1 grade in all the five subjects. In all, the school got 596 A1s in various subjects.This year, the school registered 83.14 percent school average in Science, while it recorded 82.10 percent in Commerce and 83.72 percent in Humanities.The toppers in Science stream are Aditya Gupta, 98 percent; Kishen Gandhi 97.80 percent and Abhiram Suresh 97.20 percent. The Commerce stream is led by Mohamed sahal 97.40 percent; Parvathi Rajesh Nair 96.40 percent and Antony Vincent 95.20 percent. Toppers in Humanities stream are Jui Baliga and Shaymanti Bhowmik 97.20 percent; Anndria jino 95.80 percent and Leo Abu Kurien 95.60Subject-wise, Jui Baliga and Shaymanti Bhowmik scored 99 percent in Political Science. In Economics, Mohamed Sahal, Alamelu Venkatachalam, Angela Chittilappilly Wilson, Arya Ananthan and Ashitha Santhosh got 100 percent. In Psychology, Ganga Kizhakkeveettil Bijoy, Hannah Elsa Ninan, Humaira Tasneem, Melissa Susan George, Anndria Jino and Jui Baliga scored 100 percent.In Sociology, Anndria Jino, Jui Baliga and Leo Abu Kurien got 100 percent.
