Special plans to make experience of ticket holders memorable

Losail Circuit Sports Club (LCSC) is planning to offer an incredible experience for motorsport fans when Doha hosts the 15th consecutive edition of the Grand Prix of Qatar, the first round of the 2018 MotoGP World Championship.
The opening round will be held at the Losail International Circuit (LIC) from March 16 to 18.
Khalid al Remaihi, the LCSC Vice-President and General Manager, said:"This year will be the 15th anniversary of the Grand Prix of Qatar and we are very proud of what we have achieved until now. Since 2004, Qatar is the home of motorsport in the region and Losail International Circuit is the only circuit to host a MotoGP race in the Middle East and hold a MotoGP night race."
Remaihi added:"We know that motorsport fans always look for new activities during our international events like the MotoGP round. For the season-opening round in March, we have once again planned an amazing series of activities at LIC. We want the fans - who come to the circuit in their thousands - to have an enjoyable and memorable time during the three-days event.''
With the two-year partnership between LCSC and Qatar Tourism Authority (QTA) signed last year, the circuit hopes to increase the attendance of spectators and attract more international visitors not only from Europe and Asia but also from the GCC region for this event.
Last year, the Grand Prix of Qatar attracted around 30,000 spectators during the four-day event. This year, LCSC, together with Discover Qatar and Visit Qatar, has prepared an amazing experience for all the motorsport fans. LCSC also wants to encourage families to enjoy all the activities at the Fan Zone Areas.
Going one step further, LCSC will have a new fan zone with two different types of tickets - Losail Club Grandstand and Losail VIP Club. Losail Club Grandstand tickets holders will have access to the VIP grandstand and the Losail VIP Club ticket holders, apart from the VIP Grandstand access, can also enjoy the VIP Club tent with five-star catering service.
Both tickets holders can enjoy all the action during the race as there will be giant screens located at turn number 10. They can access a stage with live music, food court, entertainment activities and much more.
As a unique experience, the Losail VIP Club tickets holders will have permanent access to the MotoGP Paddock whereas the Losail Club Grandstand tickets holders will access to the Paddock on request with a guided tour.

As previous years, there will be also available the VIP Village tickets, the hospitality area above the pit garages.
For those who want to see live the action from main straight and watch the start, finish and podium ceremonies of the races, there will be a 3-day grandstand ticket with access to the Fan Zone area at the grandstand with entertaining activities for all the family (go-karting, camel riding, falcons, Arabic coffee, etc). Under-11 children, accompanied by an adult, will have free access to the grandstand.
