Telangana Welfare Association–Qatar (TWA-Q), in collaboration with the Center for Indian Community (CIC) Qatar-Rayan Zone, successfully concluded its iftar camp by providing iftar meals to 800 blue-collar workers at a camp in Abu Nakhla on March 29.

Mohammed Abdul Rauf, president of TWA-Q, thanked the Telugu community in Qatar for their overwhelming response and contributions to this noble cause, which enabled the organisation to host the iftar camp.

TWA-Q has also undertaken the responsibility of distributing 100 iftar meals daily throughout the month of Ramadan, with the aim of providing some 3,500 meals to those in need.

Rauf thanked the Indian Community Benevolent Forum (ICBF) for their continuous support and encouragement, and acknowledged the presence of Kulwinder Singh Honey, Managing Committee member and Head of Labour Welfare, during the event.

Khaja Nizamuddin, chairman of TWA-Q, pledged the organisation’s commitment to continue undertaking noble causes in the future, expressing gratitude to community leaders, TWA members, and the Telugu community in Qatar for their unwavering support.

The team behind the success of the event included the TWA-Q’s Management Committee, Sub Committee, and Advisory Board Members, who actively participated and contributed to its grand success. Members such as Naveed Dastagir, Mohammed Shoieb, Mohammed Taha, Syed Bakhar, Mohammed Salahuddin, Gulam Rasool, Ramesh Pitla, Krishna, Nagaraju, Nadeem, Feroz Mohammed, Gulam Ghouse, and Talha Shabath, along with event volunteers from the Group, played pivotal roles in ensuring the event’s success.
