DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani helda telephone conversation with Senagalese President-elect HE Bassirou Diomaye Faye during which His Highness the Amir congratulated him on winning the presidential elections in the Republic of Senegal, wishing him success and the Senegalese people prosperity and welfare.
