Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha has announced another achievement as Bombay Balti, the hotel’s prominent curry house, bagged the title of Best Indian Casual Restaurant at the most-awaited FACT Dining Awards Qatar 2024.

With 45 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Radisson Blu Hotel, Doha continues to excel in service, particularly in its culinary department.

The FACT Dining Awards Qatar, as one of the renowned body in the region’s dining scene, annually celebrates the culinary excellence in Doha.

Winners are selected based on a combination of public votes for the ‘Favourite’ awards, and critic opinions from the editors for the ‘Best’ awards. Despite the intense competition, Bombay Balti, triumphed and has proven again its team’s unwavering talent and dedication.

Boasting its contemporary flair of traditional flavours, Bombay Balti shares this recognition to its loyal guests who consistently shape its dining offerings. Among its signature dishes include Chicken Tikka Curry, a marinated chicken cooked in a tandoor oven and added to a mild curry; Lamb Rogan Josh, poached lamb, second cooked in garlic-based, medium-spiced brown sauce; and King Prawn Madras, karai-based sauce with deep-fried fresh curry leaf and mustard seeds.

Additionally, biryani is offered in chicken, beef or vegetable variations. A selection of vegetarian dishes is also available like Palak Paneer, spinach and homemade cottage cheese in mild curry; Aloo Gobi, a dry preparation of potato and cauliflower in Indian spices.

Guests can also enjoy refreshing signature cocktails like the Indian Cotton Cooler, Rose Petal. Adding to its culinary offerings, Bombay Balti is excited for its upcoming Punjab Food Festival, scheduled to launch on June 4.
