The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC), under the aegis of the Embassy of India, recently hosted ‘Memories of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’ by Dr Ponraj, former scientific advisor to India’s 11th President (Late) Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam. In his address to the Indian community members present, Dr Ponraj explained his association and the journey with Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and his motivational speeches, especially to the children as well as everyone.
Dr Ponraj was felicitated by ICC’s President A.P. Manikantan. ICC’s Vice-President Subramanya Hebbagelu, ICC General-Secretary Mohan Kumar and rest of the ICC Managing Committee members and ICC Advisory council members.Other community leaders from the Indian diaspora were also present on the occasion.
