Gaza Health Ministry has said 28 have been killed in the last day in Israeli attacks on the Gaza Strip, as the army continues to carry out raids on Nuseirat and Gaza City.
In north of the Gaza Strip eight Palestinians have been killed in two separate attacks that targeted two residential houses in Gaza City.
Medical sources have informed Al Jazeera that at least 27 Palestinians have been killed since the early hours of Wednesday morning in Gaza City. The attacks have been expanded to reach the southern part of Gaza, in particular close to Nasser Hospital, where two air strikes have been carried out by Israeli fighter jets in that area.
Thousands of Palestinians have been fleeing back to Khan Younis and they are living close to Nasser hospital. On Wednesday, the attack has been carried out close to that location.
The fighting continues in the Shujayea neighbourhood where four Palestinians have been killed so far with 17 others at least wounded.
