DOHA: Under the patronage and attendance of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs HE Dr Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, and attendance of Minister of Education and Higher Education H E Buthaina bint Ali Al Jabr Al Nuaimi,Commander of the Amiri GuardStaff Lt Gen Hazzaa bin Khalil Al Shahwani,Minister of State for Interior Affairs HEShiekh Abdulaziz bin Faysal Al Thani, Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies celebrated the graduation of the National Defense Course no 4 and the Joint Command and Staff Course no 10 at the academy in Al Khor.
The participants of these two courses are of high ranks in Qatar Armed Forces, military and security entities, senior employees of state ministries and organisations, in addition to participants from brotherly and friendly countries.
The ceremony included honouring the graduates, and a presentation showing the most important stages of the academy's educational process.
Commander of the Academy, Staff Major General Fahad bin Mubarak AI Khayarin, gifted HE Dr Al Attiyah a special postage stamp of the academy, issued by Qatar Post in cooperation with Joaan bin Jassim Academy for Defense Studies on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the founding the academy.
Several senior commanding officers of Qatar Armed Forces and military entities, officials and diplomats in the State attended the ceremony.
