Al Sadd Club announced the signing of South Korean Jung Woo-young.
The 28-year-old midfielder represented his national team in the 2018 World Cup and played in his team's historic 2-0 victory over Germany in Russia on Wednesday.
The Korean player, who played in the Japanese League for Vissel Kobe, is soon expected to join the team, which will start their new season preparations on July 1 with daily training before travelling for the camp in Austria from July 12 to 28.
Al Sadd qualified for the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League and will take on Iran's Esteghlal FC on August 27 in Tehran and September 17 in Doha.
