Chief of Staff discusses ties with Korean defence minister, chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff, CEOs of defence firms

Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces HE Lieutenant-General (Pilot) Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit met with Korean Minister of National Defence Shin Won Sik on Saturday.

The Chief of Staff of the Qatar Armed Forces also met with Korean Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Admiral Kim Myung-soo and a number of CEOs of Korean defence industry companies.

The meetings discussed matters of mutual interest, along with bilateral military relations and ways to enhance and develop them.

Ambassador of Qatar to the Republic of Korea HE Khalid bin Ebrahim Al Hamar attended the meeting, along with a lineup of senior officers in the Qatar Armed Forces.
