DOHA: Qatar and the United States of America have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on enhancing civil aviation security between the two countries in the presence of Minister of Transport HE Jassim bin Saif Al Sulaiti.
The memorandum was signed by Acting Director of the General Civil Aviation Authority Mohammed bin Faleh Al Hajri and US Ambassador to Qatar HE Timmy Davis.
Following the signing, the Minister of Transport met with the US ambassador, and they reviewed the relations between the two friendly countries in the fields of transportation, various transportation activities, and civil aviation, and discussed ways to enhance and develop them.
