Meeza, Qatar’s leading managed IT services and data centre provider, has announced a strategic cooperation agreement with Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD), the American multinational corporation and global leader in high-performance computing and graphics solutions.

Mohamed Ali Al Ghaithani, CEO of Meeza, said the collaboration would enable Meeza to leverage AMD’s advanced accelerated computing platform.

He affirmed that by utilising AMD’s cutting-edge technology, Meeza is well-positioned to meet the increasing demand for generative AI solutions and capitalise on new AI growth opportunities.

The cooperation agreement delineates several key areas of collaboration, including creating opportunities for both companies to share expertise and enhance professional growth. Meeza will gain access to AMD’s latest technological innovations and research projects.

Zaid Ghattas, regional manager CEEMETA at AMD, highlighted that the collaboration with Meeza underscores AMD’s commitment to driving innovation and enabling the AI revolution. He added that together, the two companies will harness the power of advanced computing to accelerate technological advancements and address the evolving needs of the market.
