DOHA: Qatar Meteorology Department (QMD) has said strong northwesterly winds will affect the country both inshore and offshore on Thursday and Friday.
According to the department, these winds may cause dust to rise in some areas of Qatar. Additionally, wave heights at sea are predicted to range between 3 to 5 feet, reaching up to 7 feet in some locations.
Residents are advised to take necessary precautions and stay updated on weather alerts issued by QMD.
