DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has made a phone call with HE Dr Masoud Pezeshkian, and congratulated him on the occasion of his victory in the presidential elections in the Islamic Republic of Iran, wishing him success, and prosperity for the Iranian people.
