Amir sends condolences to president of Vietnam

DOHA: His Highness the Amir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of condolences to President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam HE Dr To Lam, on the death of former President Nguyen Phu Trong.
