Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi met with State Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia Ali Mohamed Omar on the sidelines of the Somali Diaspora Conference in Doha on Monday.
