DOHA: Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Dr Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met on Tuesday with President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Swiss Parliament Laurent Wehrli, who is visiting the country.
During the meeting, they discussed relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them.
They also discussed the developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, the developments in Afghanistan, and the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, in addition to several topics of common concern.
The President of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Swiss Parliament thanked Qatar for its continued efforts to achieve peace and stability in the region.
