After the successful running of two branches of New Shan-e-Lahore Restaurant in Mughalina and Umm Salal Ali, a new branch of the outlet was inaugurated in Fariq Bin Mahmoud area recently.

"We decided to open our first branch in 2018 to bring authentic taste of Lahore to the people of Qatar. As the customer-based increased with the passage of time, we took the step of opening a new branch in in Umm Salal Ali,” remarked managing marketing owner Mohammad Iqbal Butt.

"Now we are pleased to announce the opening of our new branch that will offer the same delicious food and warm hospitality that our restaurant is known for. While we offer sumptuous dishes to suit every palate, our specialty will be karahi and biryani BBQ,” he added.

Waheedullah Wazir, Community Welfare Attaché, Pakistan Embassy; Serein Asad, Trade and Investment Attache, Pakistan Embassy; accompanied by prominent community members, cut a ribbon to mark the opening of the new branch.

"We congratulate Mohammad Iqbal Butt and his team on expanding business activities by opening yet another branch in a prime location. Their accomplishment is a testament to their dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment. It reflects not only their collective efforts but also the trust and confidence that their customers have placed in them for years,” remarked Wazir.

"The new branch of New Shan-e-Lahore restaurant will be a welcome addition to the fast growing culinary horizon of Qatar. They recently participated in the Pakistan Mango Festival held at Souq Waqif and added colour to the event with their presence. We look forward to seeing more outlets of the restaurant,” said Serein Asad.

Anwar Ali Rana, Ch Parvez Iqbal, Israr Khan Malazai, Ashraf Siddiqui, Hafeez Ullah Chaudary and Mohammad Ajmal Chaudary also spoke on the occasion wishing all success to the restaurant.

Rahimuddin Chitrali recited verses from the Holy Quran and offered prayers for the success of the outlet.

Authentic Pakistani cuisine was served to guests at the end of the ceremony.
